WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

Warranty:

All products of iScope come with a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty (Limited to 7 years repair or replacement for defects in product device). If any part of the housing or backplate* is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact our service department at the number below**.

All efforts will be made to explain uses, mechanics if not found on this site.

*Note: If a backplate is found to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement backplate of the same model will be provided. Models cannot be swapped.

Normal wear and tear, missing pieces (e.g., screw caps, recoil bands, thumb screws), or damage caused by misuse are not covered under this warranty. Replacement parts or repair services for such issues will incur additional fees.

Returns:

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must return the defective item to iScope. Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, a replacement item will be provided.

If a damaged item is returned, a service fee will be charged for any necessary repairs. All shipping and handling (S&H) fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping:

All products must be returned to iScope via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Packages marked “Return to Sender” or “Undeliverable” will not be eligible for warranty replacement or repair.
