All products of iScope Optics LLC come with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Should some part of the housing or backplate* break or become damaged as part of a manufacturing defect, contact our service department at the number below to obtain a RMA number**.
*Note: If a backplate is found to be damaged as the result of a manufacturing defect, a replacement backplate of the same model will be provided; models cannot be swapped.
Normal wear and tear and missing pieces (screw caps, recoil bands, thumb screws, etc.) are not covered under this warranty. Should missing pieces need replacing, you will need to purchase a Hardware Replacement Kit or Hardware Rebuild Kit.
iScope Optics, LLC will only accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If once receiving your unit, you decide you want to return it, please contact our service department at the number below as soon as possible to obtain a RMA number**. For a refund to be issued, the following criteria must be met:
1: iScope Optics, LLC contacted to receive a RMA number within 30 days of purchase date.
2: A copy of the original receipt must be placed in the box with the returned item(s).
3: The item(s) must be in good, usable condition and not damaged.
Once your item(s) is received at our facility with the appropriate RMA number** and inspected, a refund will be issued on the purchasing card or via PayPal within 48 hours. All returns with iScope Optics LLC are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original purchase price (excluding shipping).
**Note: A RMA number must accompany every return to iScope Optics, LLC for both warranty repairs and refunds. Failure to get an RMA number and return approval before returning your purchase to iScope Optics, LLC could result in lost product and no warranty or refund issued.
All products must be returned to iScope Optics LLC via UPS, USPS or FedEx with the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Packages simply marked "Return to Sender" or "Undeliverable" will not be eligible for refund or warranty repair.
